The Buckeye Butterfly (Junonia Coenia) is associated with hope, overcoming hardship, and
protection. It signifies the ability to persevere through difficult times, as well as luck and good fortune. It is seen as a sign of divine protection and strength, guiding us through life’s difficult times and inspiring us to continue striving and never give up.

Because the brown butterfly is not flashy or outgoing, it reminds us to stay humble and not let ego drive our actions. This earthy color reminds us to prioritize stability and authenticity and to
perhaps step away from technology and take some time to ground yourself in nature.
