The heart center. Seen as green and heard as Lam. This is love in its purest form. It is our compassion and warmth, this is where we heal. It represents our connection with others, the web which connects us all. It is the link between the lower3 and upper 3 chakras, joining spirt to body. Through the heart we find we are all part of something larger. One of the most powerful practices we can allow ourselves is to open and live fully from the heart.
